Independent medical review

Professional review and patient-side appeal work have distinct engagement paths. EUC screens conflicts and will not act on opposite sides of the same or a substantially related dispute.
Professional consultation and quality review
Urologic case consultation, focused research, peer review and surgical quality analysis where supported by the records and agreed expertise. Institutional experience in utilization review and surgical quality improvement informs this work without implying employer endorsement.
Typical areas include endourology and stone disease, urologic emergencies, prostate and bladder conditions, men’s health and surgical outcomes. Scope is confirmed for each matter.

Payment Terms
You are responsible for all payments as outlined, regardless of any arrangement with parties you represent. This agreement is interpreted under Illinois law, with disputes resolved in Cook County trial courts.
Accepted matters proceed under the agreed written engagement terms.

Yes. Each matter is screened for expertise and conflicts. Opinions are independent and are not contingent on the retaining party’s expectations or the result.
How long will a review take?
EUC confirms timing after reviewing the requested scope, record volume, deadline and availability. Do not assume an inquiry reserves time or secures a testimony date.
How should records be sent?
