2. Professional Services and Patient Appeals

Expert Urology Consulting PLLC (EUC) provides specialized urologic medical consulting for attorneys, insurers and healthcare organizations, including independent medical review, medical-record analysis, standard-of-care and causation consultation within an agreed scope, litigation consulting and expert witness services.

EUC also offers Patient Appeals: physician-led evaluation of medically substantive health-insurance denials and preparation of medical and factual appeal materials for eligible Illinois patients with commercial or employer-sponsored plans. These services are separate from clinical treatment and legal representation. The former EUC clinic is closed; EUC does not provide patient examinations, treatment or prescriptions through these consulting engagements.

Every prospective matter is subject to expertise, scope, capacity and conflict screening. Engagement begins only after EUC accepts the matter and required agreements are executed. Patient Appeals uses its own engagement and authorization materials. EUC does not guarantee an appeal, litigation or coverage result.

All website content (including text, graphics, images, and logos) is the property of Expert Urology Consulting, PLLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to maintain accurate and secure information. However, we are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the site, including but not limited to reliance on information provided, service interruptions, or data breaches.

5. Website Inquiries and Confidential Information

The general website contact form is for nonconfidential inquiries. EUC uses the contact details and message you provide to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Do not include patient names, diagnoses, medical records, insurance identification numbers or confidential case materials.

Patient Appeals screening takes place through the separately linked Microsoft Forms questionnaire. It requests identifying, insurance and limited health-related details for eligibility, conflict and deadline screening. Full records are requested separately after preliminary review and necessary authorizations. The applicable engagement documents govern confidential information received for accepted work.

Do not send records through the general website contact form or ordinary email. To ask about handling your information, use the contact form without including medical or confidential details. Screening does not establish an engagement or extend an appeal deadline.
