Expert Urology Consulting Clinic is a specialized telemedicine practice dedicated to providing personalized and expert urological care, focusing on men's health issues such as erectile dysfunction (ED) and low testosterone (Low T). Founded by Dr. Mark A. Wille, MD, FACS, a board-certified urologist with over 14 years of experience, the clinic combines the convenience of telemedicine with specialized expertise to deliver effective and accessible care.

We are currently accepting a small panel of BCBS patients. We are out-of-network for all other insurance plans and operate on a cash-pay basis. However, our services count toward out-of-network maximums, and we provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

You may also use your FSA/HSA card to pay for our services. You MAY use your insurance benefit for labs and prescriptions, however.

Yes, we provide detailed receipts and superbills that you can submit to your insurance company. These documents may help you apply the costs toward your out-of-pocket maximum or deductible for out-of-network services.

Yes, you can use HSA or FSA funds to pay for medical consultations, treatments, and prescriptions, as long as they are considered qualified medical expenses.

Discounted Labs: We partner with a lab provider offering discounted cash prices (typically $20-$40, depending on complexity).

Prescription Savings: If your insurance does not cover medications, we can assist in getting you discounted medications at your local pharmacy. Also, we have partnered with a mail-order pharmacy to provide discounted medications.

No, to be as transparent as possible, we provide a menu à la carte. You will likely end up spending less than other online platforms that bundle services. This approach ensures you only pay for what you need, without hidden costs or unnecessary markups.

It is your responsibility to ensure your plan covers diagnoses and services that we will be addressing. We bill your insurance only as a courtesy. We would urge you to check with your insurance company by calling the number on the back of your card to make sure the diagnosis you are seeking treatment for is covered by your plan (many plans do not cover erectile dysfunction, for example)!

If your insurance company asks for the CPT codes for the appointment, we use 99205 (new patient) and 99215 (established patient) visit codes.
