Avoid Handling Fees

You may avoid the 10% handling fee by arranging to purchase travel tickets, car rentals, lodging, and meals directly on behalf of Dr. Wille.

Payment Terms

— Bills issued monthly or as appropriate
— Payment due on receipt
— Bills delinquent if unpaid after 30 days
— Interest accrues on delinquent balances at maximum rate permitted by law
— Services may be suspended if bills remain unpaid for 60+ days

You are responsible for all payments as outlined, regardless of any arrangement with parties you represent. This agreement is interpreted under Illinois law, with disputes resolved in Cook County trial courts.
